Dogwood Farms strives to bring the best produce the Garden State has to offer to the surrounding community.

From March to November, Dogwood Farms grows everything from arugula to butternut squash, adhering to USDA guidelines for organic certification as we are in the process of certifying.  Produce grown without chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers is not only better for the health of their customers and environment, but a lot better tasting!  They offer a wide variety of produce to ensure that weekly CSA shares are constantly changing, restaurant accounts have new menu items, and fields have something for everyone.  

2016 VEGGIE CSA SHARE: $495*

Share Size

Their farm offers one size share and they recommend shares to families 2-4 people.

A typical CSA share would fill a grocery sized tote bag. 

Example Vegetable share:

1. Pick 3: Zucchini- Green, Yellow or Patty Pan

2. Pick 3: Cucumbers- Slicers or Pickling

3. Pick 1: Broccoli, Cabbage or Cauliflower. 

4. Pick 1: Bunch Greens--Kale, Swiss Chard, or Collards 

5. Pick 4: Onions--Red or White 

6. Pick 1: Fresh Herb-- Basil or Parsley 

7. Pick 1: Lettuce-- Butterhead, Red Leaf, or Romaine 

What fruits & vegetables are offered? 

Spring

Radishes, Beets, Arugula, Turnips, Spinach, Salad Mix, Head Lettuce, Sugar Snap Peas, Kale, Chard, Collards. Broccoli, Scallions, Strawberries, Garlic Scapes, Basil, Mint, Parsley, Cilantro

Summer

Carrots, Tomatoes (At least 8 different varieties), Eggplants, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Garlic, Onions, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Okra, Green Beans, NON-GMO Sweet Corn!

Fall 

Potatoes (Fingerling, Red, Sweet), Squash (Acorn, Delicata, Butternut, Spaghetti, Blue Hubbard) and Pumpkins (Heirloom, Edible, Decorative), Kale, Turnips, Chard, Collards, Broccoli, Cabbage, Scallions
