We also offer restaurants an option of having a weekly delivery day. We deliver the order to the restaurant's kitchen, while providing information about what else is in season, what's on the way in coming weeks, and what produce other restaurant customers are excited about. 

Dogwood Farms gives chefs an opportunity to build a local, farm-to-table relationship, as well as a chance to augment menus and specials with fresh, local and sustainable produce and pasture-raised meats.

As a harvest and wholesale manager with Isabelle Farm in Colorado, Dogwood Farms founder Jon Knox helped build thriving relationships with chefs and restaurants in the Boulder/Denver metropolitan area.  Jon understands what professional kitchens are looking for.  Working with Farm-to-Table restaurants has proven to be one of Jon's main passions in farming.

Now returning to his home state of New Jersey, Jon is looking to partner with local chefs to help bring Dogwood Farms' produce and meats to a select number of restaurant menus in the local area.
